The function of the school as an institution forming and educating children according to the will of the people and mould the country’s vision is a task which is the most challenging.

All parties involved in the school institutions such as the government, administrators, teachers, parents and students assume greater responsibility in the success of generations of young people in the future.
The communal responsibilities for young women are now changing in the society. For instance, young women are intimately concerned and sturdily participate in challenging men in the labor force. The conventional task of nurturing children and taking care of husbands is not the precedence for many women anymore. There are sufficient of facts and studies showing that young women are competent of brutal and aggressive behaviors.

Reports in the press indicate improvement the number of juvenile crime committed by students such as gangsters, fights, rape, promiscuity and bully has to some extent affected the role schools as forming the self-esteem and education of future generations of the country.
Aggressive behavior among young women is one of the vital communal challenges. Increasing aggressive crime amid young women has globally been witnessed. Researchers have identified a number of aspects leading young women to engagement in aggressive behaviors. These factors include biological, psychological, and genetic characteristic. Other factors include the particular trait of an individual background, pressure of subculture, and the effect of mass media.

This issue with a crime and a serious violation of discipline occurred in the school. This issue needs to be dealt immediately and as soon as possible because it will not only tarnish the image of school as an institution shaping the identity and education of the nation but also will impact the survival and progress of the country in the future.
Limited studies have been conducted about women who commit partner aggression. A study was conducted to examine how the aggressive behavior of young women towards their partners is associated with features of the relationship and with fierceness more generally. In addition, a study to examine the hypothesis that aggression is typically induced by self-defense was also conducted. These aggressive and violent behaviors by young women frequently lead to progressively more hazardous behaviors for perpetrator and gradually more damaging effect s for the victim, including emotional misery and educational failure.

Aggressive behaviour problems of illegal and violated norms listed in society is one of the growing problems acute and requires a set of effective solution. Michael Gelder (2005) mention that aggressive is an act of extreme aggression can be problematic students discipline among the students that affect treatment and behaviour of students.

The aggressive behavioral characteristics of young women are more multifaceted and more hazardous than that of men. Owing to the fact that young women are typically physically weak compared to men, the hostile and aggressive behaviors of women usually involve a range of stages. Capaldi and Owen (2002) scrutinized this theory by studying reported physical aggressiveness among young couples where either the man or woman demonstrated repeated physical violence towards a partner. They established that the percentage of marriages in which both partners were often violent was six times more than expectations by chance.

Disciplinary problems created pressure on the students, families, school, community and country. Discipline is the power of social control indispensable for the creation of a peaceful and conditions. Student aggressive treatment poses many problems, especially to the school in creating teaching and learning smoothly and efficiently. Students who were aggressive at school need to be addressed and controlled from the outset that this issue does not drag on and become in turn can lead to more severe discipline problems and challenges integrity of the education system today. This is the reason why I choose this issue to discuss in detail.

Unfortunately, we often see a number of the act simply point fingers find out who is guilty without their energy and efforts to find formula and action to solve this problem.

There’s just blame considered negligent parents for educating children, teachers blamed for cannot disciplining students in school and peer influence in treatment of children.
Young women who behave violently towards their partners appear to be more antagonistic than women are, and are in most instances the only physically violent partner in the relationships. Research does not substantiate the supposition that self-defense is the key inspiration for perpetration of women. The consequences ought to be seen in light of the condition that examination of the typical population simply to a limited degree captures serious aggression in intimate relations.

To address this issue we need to find factors, the cause of this form of aggressive behaviour among students and the treatment that can be used to avoid this issue.

Conduct disorder refers to a group of behavioral and emotional problems in youngsters.

According to Smith (2003), children and adolescents with this disorder have great difficulty following rules and behaving in a socially acceptable way. They are often viewed by other children, adults and social agencies as “bad” or delinquent, rather than mentally ill. Many factors may contribute to a child developing conduct disorder, including brain damage, child abuse, genetic vulnerability, school failure, and traumatic life experiences.

According to DSM IV, aggressive behaviour is one of the components of the conduct disorder that consists of physical or verbal behaviour that harm or threaten with harming others.

Abdullah (2014) had made a research on aggressive and delinquent behavior among high risk youth in Malaysia. In the research, they try to measure the level of aggressive and delinquent behaviour, identify the most common delinquent behaviours, and examine the associations of aggressive and delinquent behaviour with demographic factors and individual characteristics among a sample of high risk Malaysian youth. The results indicate that although the sample consisted of high risk youth, participants scored low in delinquent behaviour and moderate in aggressive behaviour. The findings also show significant associations between delinquent behaviour levels with both age and ethnicity; but no significant associations with gender or religion. Results indicate that common perceptions about at-risk youth may run contrary to reality; despite being at-risk, the respondents displayed lower-than-expected levels of delinquency, and moderate aggressive behaviour.

Idris (2008) in her research Student Perceptions Of Aggressive Treatment Applicable In Five Areas In Secondary Schools Johor Bahru , state that currently there is an alarming increase on youth involved in delinquency and criminal action in urban and suburban areas of Malaysia.

Aggressive behaviour is one of the components of the conduct disorder that consists of physical or verbal behaviour that harm or threaten with harming others. It becomes a serious concern and must be tackled immediately before becoming greater and therefore pose a threat to the country

Student discipline problems in schools today has become hot news to discuss.

It involves not only the school, but also involves the Ministry of Education. The police in taking action against the students involved because the issue is not just a small problem, but there are already beyond the problem of crime. At school, discipline is the rule that imposed on students with the purpose of controlling their behaviour through punishment. Students are supposed to have a good behaviour and self-discipline during teaching and learning activities. Disciplinary mechanism aimed at to foster growth and create healthy relationships between all the public schools.

The students in this day and age have dared to act outside the limits.

They are willing to kill and wounding another student. This incident happened due to jealousy, envy and jealousy among them. Such students cannot control their feelings willing to kill and injure others. Such a thing should not happen in our society is full of oriental tradition. This aggressive behaviour make school doesn’t save anymore to our children. If not checked it will be worse next to a big social problem among young people in the future.

According to Ahmad (2008) adolescence is a process of growing up and a mature individual and has a positive attitude in the association community in the adult stage.

For the children, they will enter the stage of adolescence at the age of 13 years. Teenagers will be stepped up to adulthood in the age group of 19 years. This means that a man will be in the teens for more less than seven years. At this stage the adolescent is going through various changes either in terms of mental, physical, emotional and personality. The formation of an adolescent personality result of the interaction of genetic factors and the environment. Genetic factors come from parent’s adolescent birth. While other factors are setting up of peer pressure and the system social, care patterns, religious education and lifestyle.

Aggressive behaviour is behaviour that causes physical or emotional harm to others, or threatens to. It can range from verbal abuse to the destruction of a victim’s personal property. People with aggressive behaviour tend to be irritable, impulsive, and restless. Aggressive behaviour is intentional, meaning it’s done on purpose, violates social norms, and causes a breakdown in a relationship. Emotional problems are the most common cause of aggressive behaviour. Aggressive behaviour is a problem because it occurs frequently or in a pattern. Generally speaking, aggressive behaviour stems from an inability to control behaviour, or from a misunderstanding of what behaviours are appropriate. Aggressive behaviour can be reactive, or in retaliation. It can also be proactive, as an attempt to provoke a victim. It can be either overt or secretive. Aggressive behaviour can also be self-directed. When the issue was raised we see there are many factors that cause a student to act aggressive. Many factors are involved such individuals. How the individual adapts himself to the parents, siblings, friends, neighbourhood, school and society. Failure to communicate and interact well makes them particularly teenagers facing problems and conduct disorders began to show negative attitude inconsistent with the proper attitude to be maintained in their teens.

According to Idris (2008) the results from her journals showed that the level of students at the level of aggressive is high.

The proposal is to tackle the problem among school authorities should identifying and empowering a culture of aggressive student mentor program friend coeval to reduce aggressive students. This alarming situation needs to be seen whether the cause that it happened and how we must take action to address these issues. The following analysis will discuss the factors causing this aggressive issue and how to handle and care that can be provided to ensure there is no reduction on this issue in schools. Not forgotten how to look at this issue from the perspective of Islam, which he showed all the problems that occur are caused by heart that has been damaged and unable to fight the growing appetite under control. A combination of modern and perspective of Islam will make those who are involved in this issue will be figuring out a balanced and holistic approach to tackle issue.

Everything that happens has a cause and a reason.

Similarly, discipline problems that occur among school children. The main cause of these problems arise is school pupils themselves. The personality of each student is different. Disciplinary problems are often caused by students who have an aggressive attitude and the character of extraversion. Students are very active and likes to interact with other students tend to violate the regulations, especially while in the classroom. For example, make noise and disturb other students and indirectly also affect the learning process in the classroom.

Such things also happen among students of their aggressive and often violent easy as irritability.

They are also sometimes intentionally to cause mischief that they receive proper service and attention from teachers, friends, and parents. Andrew Sims (2003) mention that basically people are behaving against the rules has emotional needs that cannot be met. Moreover, envy and eliminated in homes, schools, and neighbourhoods frequently induced the aberrant behaviour toward themselves and others. Such things happen because of a lack of ability to perform as well as social factors that are around them that can paralyze the will.

In addition, socio unhealthy atmosphere also encourage and resulted in aggressive behaviour problems among students.

Teachers are autocratic and domineering will lead students are always in a state of emotional discomfort and distress. For examples unstable emotion such as anxiety, fear, and extreme nervousness will create an atmosphere of student emotions or situations of uncertainty and distress. Consequently, repressed emotions will affect the student’s ability to receive input instruction to be conveyed by the teacher

Idris (2008), claim that other factor are socio unhealthy atmosphere as shown by teachers, students’ attitude to adopt unhealthy emotional also cause aggressive behaviour.

If viewed from the aspect of students, there is a perceived pattern of friendship among students who are not healthy. Accordingly, it has triggered a situation or a closed group, separation, they were knocked out, and also a pair of students is their choice. Aggressive behaviour such as this will affect the good relations among the students themselves. Such groups should be given the necessary assistance so that these problems can be reduced. As a teacher, they need to engage students in group activities. A healthy, peaceful, and harmonious will provide an atmosphere that encourages learning process in schools

Next, the factors or health problems are also a cause of aggressive student among school children.

Georg G. Polier (2011) said that the health condition of a health and good students can reduce the aggressive behaviour because it helps students to focus more during the learning process is carried out. Such things are very different in comparison with the situation of students who are not healthy because they are easy to feel stressed. In addition, they are also easy to feel stuffy or uncomfortable, tired, emotionally unstable, anxious, and so on that will disturb the concentration of students. This situation is also taking its toll on teachers to convey information and knowledge to students more effectively. Based on these factors, discipline problems are occur when students easily upset and act in violation and aggressive to school rules, such as fighting and sleeps in class.

Research by Abdullah (2014) informs that a further cause is about the family. Parents play an important role in shaping children even if they get in school education. Parents today most concerned about jobs or money. At times, there are children more closely with the maid from their own parents. Their actions cause concern for neglected children. Family problems are often brought to school by children or students. In addition, parents were less religious upbringing and moral giving to children caused students to dare to make mistakes without being reprimanded and scolded by a family member. Most aggressive students often have family problems. The students will release the pressure on schools as damaging school property, fighting, truancy and school classes as well as other violations.

Peer influence is no less in student aggressive behaviour in school.

Friend is the most closely than parents. Students or young people prefer to tell their problems and feelings to friends. As a result, the peer has a tremendous influence on the students. Good friends drove her to another according to the behaviour and norms that are often made. It therefore also applies to students who are negative influences that will encourage her to take such a posture. Therefore, peers are very influential in shaping the personality of students. If the peers are diligence, perseverance, respect others and so on, and then it will indirectly affect them.

Last but not least is caused by poverty.

Students who come from poor families are more inclined to commit disciplinary problems. This is so because they are unable to get something, and then use the wrong thing, besides, the students who come from poor families often marginalized and humiliated. Following this notice will create dissatisfaction that can result in disciplinary matters. For example, frequent looting carried out by students from economically disadvantaged.

All these factors are considers to effect of aggressive behaviour of adolescent.

By the way the important things are how the adolescent bring you and control its behaviour so as not to be too aggressive. These factors are only assumptions about themselves but the fact that adolescent only knows the reason why they behave so aggressive against the rules, especially in school.

The findings of a study by Abdullah (2014) there are challenges in attempting to address adolescents’ aggressiveness in Malaysia, according to anecdotal evidence these challenges might be related to the struggle of Malaysian adolescents with identity crisis, emotional stress and boredom. And according to qualitative research data from various adolescents studies carried out in Malaysia there seems to be a great need of adolescents programs that focus on soft skills development and of values and moral education. Therefore to address these challenges it is needed a more thorough approach in understanding how identity crisis, emotional stress and boredom impact the way in which young Malaysians behave and interact with their community, and preventive programs that combine competency skills, and moral values education. However, a better understanding of youth crime, delinquency and aggressive behaviour among Malaysian adolescent is crucial, and it is highly recommended that further study are carried out to obtain in-depth data in order to elicit relevant and contextual information about the factors, motives and impact associated to aggressive behaviour in Malaysian youth.

As we all know, when aggressive behaviour or discipline problems occur in the classroom, teaching and learning will be affected.

Intensity disruption to learn and teaching environment are related to the type of the frequency and duration of these behaviours. In addition, it also affects the psychological safety of the pupils, their willingness to learn, and their future behaviour. Finding from Abdullah (2014), problematic behaviour in the classroom will cause a lot of spare time learning caused only a very small thing. According to the survey reported that there are some teachers spend as much as 30 to 80 percent of the time learning to handle discipline problems. For example, students who like to get together and chat before they enter teacher will take some time to chat up to a depth of five minutes or more learning time, within the teacher will instruct the students to stay in their seats. Conversely, if they immediately disperse as soon as the teacher entered the teacher can begin the process of teaching and learning with immediately.

Effects of aggressive behaviour in discipline problems and problematic behaviour of both is to show off, meaning that students will learn through observation misconduct problematic behaviour of other pupils.

A student discipline problems may spread to other colleagues who will lead the growing number of disciplinary problems. There are many factors that students be swayed other student discipline problems among which is the attitude to try out, call friends and dissatisfaction caused disciplinary problems do if other friends of the students self. Normally, students with aggressive behaviour in schools have an unfavourable academic compromised. This may be due to their lack of attention in class and less interest in learning. Students absolutely love doing this kind of misconduct, such as skipping classes at school, have, smoking and so on.

The research from Ahmed Mohamed (2012) in Jordan state that school is an institution that would be negatively impacted if the students have a worst aggressive behaviour.

This is because, given the increased burden on teachers by parents who expect these people to educate their children as best as possible. However, as a result of indiscipline committed by the students, the school teachers are unable to teach properly due to noise. The students were absolutely not involved with this symptom are exposed to an environment that defendants who can cause them emotional disturbed causing them cannot focus on their studies. It is of course restricting students’ interest in learning. School atmosphere is in a chaotic. That will affect the school’s image in the eyes of not only the local community but also nationwide. The effect of the image is very important as a factor in selecting students to study at a school.

Aggressive behaviour in the classroom also has an impact on teacher effectiveness.

Idris (2008) inform that most teachers are committed to their duties and responsibilities in which they spend a lot of time in preparing to teach a rigorous. Therefore, when their efforts are rewarded with the nature of the students who are not interested and refused to complete a given task, they’ll get frustrated. Disappointment was expressed negative attitudes that may affect the services they provide to the two students, who were in discipline problems and well behaved. Different services will enhance the problematic behaviour among pupils who had timed. Finally, teachers will ignore the problematic students who will cause increased student discipline problems can be serious negligence to the extent of teachers wanted revenge. In addition, the time and energy used by teachers to deal with aggressive behaviour of teachers was very exhausting both physically and emotionally. Stress related to classroom management is a key factor in determining whether new teachers quit or remain in the teaching profession. Furthermore, discipline problems also known as a catalyst to desperation among teachers. Teachers should have a sense of confidence in their ability to improve the performance of their students. Such feelings will bring improvements to the process of teaching and learning and job satisfaction, which in turn will lead to an improvement in the academic achievement of students.

Our country can be defined as the place where a border, government, citizens and sovereignty.

The good images for a country can be seen through the nature, behaviour and morals of the citizen. An effective treatment and problems will hinder the country’s desire to achieve a developed nation by 2020. As we know, an advanced civilization is a civilization that is not only high performance and advanced development but also the spiritual aspect and character of its citizens. In addition, it will also have a negative effect on the country’s view of the outside world. The tourists will not come to a country with social problems. This is because, perhaps they will fear for their safety. When this occurred, it would be to affect the country’s tourist agency in turn affect the national economy

Islam sees development of the personality of a person is not only based on human development in terms of physical, sensory and mind but also in terms of spirituality. Imam al-Ghazali’s view encompasses the entire personality development the individual aspects such as knowledge of religion, faith, worship, appreciation of al-Quran, manners life, family life, make a living, human relationships, morals and moral and mental development and liver. For Imam al-Nawawi also viewed personality development embodied in the eight key aspects of the Lord moral development, morals fellow human, social, civil life, worship, jihad, knowledge and religious restrictions.

According to this issue, aggressive behaviour similar to nafs amarah in Islamic perspectives. Most Islamic believe conduct disorders are caused by heart. Ibrahim (2014) mention that the heart is the place where one’s faith. Heart is like the king that control and affect a person’s emotions and behaviour. If it is filled with faith, faith will reflect his thinking and behaviour. The Prophet said:
